The customer's press-fit fisheye terminals need to be inspected for skewness (angular misalignment) using the T2500 in conjunction with the customer's production line. When the press-fit connectors are brought into view by the customer's conveyor belt, an electronic trigger signal is sent to the T2500 to scan and capture images for inspection. Once the inspection is completed, the pass/fail status is communicated to the next station for sorting through output terminals.
