After working hours, the AGV transports materials to the bin picking station. The robotic arm, equipped with visual recognition, identifies the posture of the materials based on the order content from the sales system and picks up the items specified in the customer's order, sorting them into baskets. The next day, when the employees arrive for work, they only need to package the items for shipment without the need for further picking, thereby reducing labor hours.
