When hospitals add more and more complicated departments and clinics to serve patients, it takes time and effort for patients to find clinics. The Hualien General Hospital of the National Army stated that the indoor navigation and positioning function of Ayuda cleverly solves the pain points of the patient looking for the clinic. As long as the guest enters the hospital lobby, AYUDA will come forward and greet the guest warmly and speak out whereever they want to go. AYUDA can also lead guests to any clinic in the hospital.
