Angular Contact Ball Bearing

Fluid dynamic bearing (FDB) is a unique bearing type especially designed for computers, coummunications and consumer electronics industry. It is commonly used in cooling fans for servers and PCs. In comparison with ball bearings and sleeve bearings used in the past, FDB has the advantage of lower noise and steadier performance while operation. Together with the grease selected by TPI, our product achieved better lifetime and vibration resistance over the years.

Roller Bearing

Single Row Roller bearing As a single row cylindrical roller bearing, the rollers are in linear contact with the raceways. They have higher radial load capacity compared with the point-contact ball bearings and are suitable for high speeds. Double Row Roller bearings TPI double row cylindrical roller bearings are, because of their second row of rollers, suitable for very heavy radial loads and provide increased radial stiffness. With tapered bore design, NN bearings can reach even much higher rigidity. There's three integral flanges on the inner ring and no flanges on the outer ring, which makes the bearing is separable under static state.

Cross Roller Bearing

Cross roller bearing for the strainwave drive is structured by a two-pieces outer ring and one-piece inner ring with full roller in the raceways. The rollers are in linear contact with the 90° V groove raceways. The elastic deformation caused by the load is extremely small, so a single cross roller bearing can bear loads in all directions such as axial load, radial load and even moment. At the same time, the two-piece structure of outer ring is fixed together by bolts to avoid separation during installation or transportation and the operation is rather simple. Cross roller bearing for the strainwave drive is composed of inner ring, outer ring, roller, seal and O- ring. The inner and outer rings have mounting holes on it and do not require fixed flanges nor supports and it is easy to install. This kind of bearings have high rigidity, high rotation precision and high capacity of combined loads. Hence, they are most suitable for applications of strainwave drive in industrial robot arms.
