Torque Motor
The extremely rigid connection between motor and load, and a servo-drive regulation ensures excellent acceleration capabilities and good uniformity of movement. Linear Motor
Linear motors’ principle is based on Lorentz force, in which the combination of electric and magnetic force on a point charge due to electromagnetic fields. (If a particle of charge q moves with velocity v in the presence of an electric field E and a magnetic field B, then it will experience a force) F=q[E+(v*B)] In addition, the use of magnet arrangement and multiple forcers can achieve multiple forcers’ independence movement on single-axis stators and without stroke restriction. Also nanopositioning control. can be easily realistic via matching the high resolution feedback system.
Linear Motor Stage
HIWIN linear motor stages are directly driven axes with linear motors, which are designed as a plug and play solution. Linear motors are capable of fast accelerations and high speeds, while providing unmatched precision and accuracy. HIWIN offers standardized linear motor designs but customizable options are available. The linear stages are provided as a complete solution including drives on request. Customers can select the drive manufacturer of their choice We supply the required electronic parameters for adaptation of the linear motor.
Controller & Drive
Our servo drive solutions include the followings: high performance drive for linear motors, shaft motors, torque motors, AC servo motors and planar motors. D1 series servo drive are for linear and shaft motors; D2T series servo drive are for AC servo motors; LMDX series are for two axis air bearing planar motors. In our program, Multi-axis motion control master with versatile programming capabilities for demanding industrial applications. E1 and D1&D2T series support also EtherCAT field bus for high speed industrial motion control. All these products includes flexible user's interface for setups, debugging and test run. They are suitable for simple single axis application as well as complicated multiple axis applications in automation.
