Wormhole Technology was founded in 2006, at a time when the EU's environmental regulations are becoming more and more diverse and complete, the company developed an information management system that is highly synchronized with the dynamics of green regulations to help companies record and track environmental compliance throughout the product's life cycle. Major green regulations include RoHS, REACH, etc. Through the Wormhole GPM management system, companies can use IT tools to manage material risks and implement management into the supply chain. As a result of assisting large enterprises to promote green supply chain management, with over 10,000 suppliers, Wormhole has launched a cloud service (Green Book) after the supply chain management system, providing free services to Wormhole's suppliers to speed up the efficiency of their environmental information submission. In addition to material management, factory automation to reduce the risk of environmental violations is also a major concern for our customers in the future, and with the global focus on Industrialization 4.0, Wormhole is gradually moving into the field of smart factories by combining software and hardware partners. "The Green Industry Cloud (GIC) is a cloud-based platform that captures machine electronic control data and important parameters into production information to help companies improve production management, process management, machine/mold management, product/material management, and quality management. Our current customer base is focused on plastic supply chain injection molding plants to provide value-added services and business transformation solutions for many small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan. Main Products / Services 1.GPM: The GPM software package provides an in-house platform where central plants can exchange material information with suppliers, inventory green status and track regulatory compliance of parts. The central plant can also use the system to help analyze materials, homogeneity and regulations, and produce reports. The green status of the product parts is managed and traceable, allowing the central factory to gain the trust of brand customers and improve competitiveness for more orders. 2.GreenBook: This is a cloud-based green supply chain management platform with data interoperable with central factory GPM. Parts suppliers can maintain the green information of parts in GreenBook first, and then it can be applied to different customers' systems many times to achieve the effect of "maintaining once and quoting many times" and reduce supplier loading. 3.GIC: Green Industry Cloud is a cloud-based information management platform that collects machine electrical control data through harvesting technology and translates it into useful production information through programs. Because of the cloud-based architecture, it can store a large amount of data, calculate it quickly, and analyze it accurately to help managers keep a high level of control over order fulfillment and the machine crop status and machine health status of remote/multi-location factories to improve the management efficiency of enterprises, reduce human risks, and provide service transformation. 4. Private cloud construction: Wormhole Technology's software self-development capabilities, providing IaaS, PaaS integration services, enterprises can independently develop other application interfaces or integrate existing system programs, you can quickly import into the private cloud to strengthen enterprise management performance. 5.FMD: This subsidiary function allows suppliers to report the full material information of parts, which helps the central factory to highly grasp the material information of parts. 6.VDM: Vendor Document Management is a system tool to help the central factory to manage the document files provided by suppliers in an organized way. 7.VSM: Vendor evaluation process management system for suppliers, through the system flexibility to set the vendor evaluation indicators and each indicator corresponds to the online questionnaire sent to manufacturers to fill out online, and after the electronic process of review, the system can automatically generate the vendor's performance evaluation. 8.IQC/XRF: Wormhole's IQC/XRF software package helps to collect XRF data on site in a timely manner, and with the function of GPM, will produce analysis reports for various purposes, providing reference for risk management decisions; systematic management can also avoid the use of manual inspection quality risks.
