PANJIT’s second generation Shielded-Gate Trench (SGT) MOSFET is designed with excellent FOM quality to provide efficient design solutions for DC/DC converter topologies in brick modules. The new 100V SGT series are offered in 18 standard level parts and 17 logic level parts. Available packages include DFN5060, DFN3333, which are suitable to be used on various brick sizes. With PANJIT’s latest wafer technology, it enables the Gen.2 SGT MOSFETs to generate low gate charge and RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses and result in creating excellent figure of merit to optimize various topology efficiency.
