Ms. Franklin supports the development of these industry standards in compliance with ANSI and ISO procedures. She has led 5 major standards-developing committees composed of nearly 200 total individuals from around the globe, including many senior executives from leading multinational companies and start-ups.

Member of TC44, TC65, IECEE CMC WG 32, ISO/TC 299, CSA C22.2 No. 340 (Battery Management Systems), USB Power Delivery, and Enabling Linux in Safety Applications (ELISA).

現任工研院產業科技國際策略發展所機械與製造系統研究部產業分析師。擁有多年研究經驗，專注領域於智慧機器人和自動化產業相關研究，核心涵蓋工業型機器人、服務型機器人、智慧製造、機械產品零組件、生產線自動化等議題。不僅擁有電機科合格教師證書、甲級勞安衛業務合格證書，並曾參與經濟部工業局第一、二期智慧型機器人產業發展推動計畫。畢業於師範大學。曾於東元精電公司、工研院電子所、中龍鋼鐵公司、精密機械研發中心任職，2012年加入工研院IEK服務。
