Traditionally, achieving automation often required customers to adjust their manufacturing processes to meet strict accuracy standards. However, with our equipment, there's no need for customers to modify their processing methods. They can seamlessly integrate our equipment into their workflow and conduct automatic welding based on the existing accuracy of their workpieces.
Once the electric bus body is pre-assembled, precise positioning becomes unnecessary. Our equipment is designed to accommodate the customer's rails and transport trolleys for easy loading. Our AI-based search algorithm takes over, automatically adjusting welding positions, torch heights, and other parameters as needed, even accounting for variations in vehicle dimensions due to tolerance levels, ensuring consistent welding quality.
